@sakonlieur Loool yea, it's why sometimes 'go outside' isn't just a joke. I know how it is tho, the dark does kinda dull the senses in the way the cold tries to make us shut down and hibernate due to being mammals, so the sun is surprisingly good for more than just being bright or warm

@Purilly You're not wrong, I never liked cold water since I was a kid. Drinking it felt wrong unless I was burning up in the summer but turns out it jerks your digestion about. Getting up in the morn to have warm water with lemon or herbal tea is right way
