so… the debate is over right? $NBIS is the best neocloud out there? is it still even a question or has Nebius officially won? stellar mgmt, multiple equity stakes in diverse businesses, scooping up deal after deal… i trimmed some at $105 to derisk and buy more $NVDA, letting the rest of my position ride although the CCs on this even for $200 are very attractive it does feel overbought here (i would not buy at $150) but it is now in price discovery so anything goes i still don’t love the biz model of the neoclouds with unlimited dilution + no profitability but $NBIS does seem to be differentiating themselves with ambitions to be a hyperscaler cloud vs just a neocloud debate is done? are they the single best one out of the entire batch of neoclouds? +8%

Headlines are WILD... This is like scalp or chill for active traders. $678.56 was my absolute max upside on $SPY but intraday, $685's are available for a near term squeeze. We're leaving a ton of gaps below but this "squeeze" won't be trustworthy for me...

The number that matters to me tomorrow isn't PCE. It's GDP. Q3 2025: 4.4% Q4 2025 revisions: First estimate: 3% Second estimate: 1.4% Tomorrow's final: consensus 0.7% Each revision...lower. What are the odds tomorrow goes negative? And if it does...what are the implications? If we can finally focus on what matters, I'd say this is the stuff that matters

I don't know about a V shape recovery. Even if the war ended last night...oil already spiked and has stayed too high too long. That's already in the inflation pipeline. The market is still going to be dealing with energy costs feeding into inflation -> inflation pressuring the consumer -> consumer weakness showing up in earnings two quarters from now A ceasefire doesn't undo what already happened. Unfortunately, that was always going to be the story. This kinda made it worse

I did NOT have a scenario where we open at downside support 🙃 But either way...the levels are the levels $643 intraday support $652 intraday resistance For now, long TO resistance, THEN I expect resistance to hold and in a down market, I expect short term support to break 🤷‍♂️

I think at this point it should be clear that the US had 0 plans on Iran before they went in. Todays address made it clear the Trump is no longer interested in being there. Trump is likely also putting pressure on Israel to end this as soon as possible as well. The stepped up attacks by Israel reflect the need to speed up the degradation of capabilities because the end is close. While they may sell this like a victory because of the one sided destruction, in reality this is defeat for the US/Israel. They were aggressors in all of this and the rest of world did not get involved because they ultimately saw that invading would have been a much bigger problem than what they were being sold. Any politician in any other country would have faced internal backlash on day 1. There was no political or popular will to conduct this operation and thus they all chose to stay out. NATO is meant for defense and legitimate offense. They are our allies, not out dogs that we can call on to attack other countries. Does no one forget that this admin went against the entire world last year with trade wars? Saying he wanted Canada to be the 51st stake? Telling Europe he wants Greenland? Putting tarrifs on countries that had free trade agreements? Trump has weakened US foreign policy and international alliances that took decades build. The US will now be cast as a pariah until this admin is over. Truly a sad turn of events. Oil markets are likely pricing in uncertainty around strait reopening and possible US escalation on Iranian power grid, which would be a huge mistake. The only positive to have come out of this is that we didn't end up in a ground war scenario with American lives being needlessly sacrificed to achieve nothing.

@PaperGainsInc What scenario are you looking for when going long short vs. trade short? I am tempted to open a short till end of june and another short till the end of 2026.

@PlugUnder I feel that way yeah but I can 100% be wrong. Worst case scenario is like last March but that still takes us to 670's now to let the shorts unwind and late longs add. Then we're more at risk of having a real breakdown. Not while everyone is hedged though
