Tracking calories for 2 weeks isn't obsessive though. It's data collection. Most people have no idea how much they actually eat, so having an idea of the calories in things you eat often helps do portion control more accurately.

You all remember when i told you all that I had some good news to share? Well here it is 🤗 My aunty just opened a mini mart for everything agric. We have fresh farm products at very affordable prices and the best part, you no longer need to walk around the market in the sun to buy what you need.
