@realroseceline It answers the only NFLX bear case that matters: engagement. Interactive hours are growing while streaming isn't. GTA Online has compounded recurrent spend for 10+ years. Bolt on premium unit sales, live service and Zynga and you diversify a one revenue model business overnight.

Stop the empire building, there is no need to acquire anything. Do what $AAPL has done for years, keep the balance sheet clean and aggressively buy back your own $NFLX stock. 🌹

$NFLX held talks with $ROKU during Roku’s sale process but ultimately walked away and confirmed it didn't submit a bid. Now the M&A focus has shifted to $LION with Netflix not denying reports that its in talks to acquire the studio.

I still don't get why $META is spending all this money on AI capex when they aren't a hyperscaler. They don't have the model. They aren't the toll booth for compute.
