@hoka @blackcanyonrun 🚩Avoid buying shoes from this company completely they are a complete scam. 3 months after I bought these shoes they started to fall apart at the toe. Sent them back to warranty department (out of pocket shipping) just to deny my claim. $200 down the drain for 3 months of use.

@hoka your orders are being cancelled and the excuse is the card details don’t match the card. I have tried different cards and checked with the banks and they are correct. My wife even made an account and had the exact same problem. Terrible service

@vincekearney @hoka Define mild usage though and what you are using them for? They look fairly well used. Don’t use Hoka but run a lot and get about 500 miles before they are done for me. Although generally quality across the board is poor yet prices go up.

Surely something wrong here. 4th time I’ve had to glue different parts of outsole back on to @Hoka trainers less than a year old and with mild usage. Given the cost you’d expect them to get the adhesive right 🤦🏻‍♂️

@hoka Heya. We got some quality control issues. My wife barely has worn her Hokas and the rubber pattern on the sole of the shoe is coming apart. That's foul at that price. $170 for shoes she can wear a handful of times and have to be tossed is painful. Do better or we gone!

I’ll never purchase anything from @hoka again. The shoes are defective, so I’ve attempted to get Hoka to honor the warranty. After a month of the run around I keep being told to wait another 5-7 days. Seems as though the company offers a warranty but doesn’t honor the warranty.

@hoka you’ve just sent me an email about your footwear, showing almost all have 2 or 3 width fittings but I looked at every single model and ALL had only standard for. This is very misleading to customers. I think you should change it.
