@RadissonRed I’m so unimpressed. I stayed at your Heathrow hotel and registered my credit card at reception (which I now regret). I only ordered room service but I’ve been billed for some stranger’s bar bill as well! I’ve tried sorting this in person and by phone but I’m ignored.

When the Radisson Red called and asked if I’d like to stay in their amazing Liverpool hotel, I jumped at the chance!
