#Cavs lead the Bulls 32-22 after the first quarter here in Chicago. Cavs got off to a terrible start, trailing 11-2, before turning it on. James Harden has 16 points so far -- including a 7-point possession -- for the Cavs.

@drewchristmann right. i don't even fundamentally disagree with the premise of lowering/removing it, but you cannot use a guy that is gonna finish the season with 36 games played as an argument as to why.

I get this whole thing but we've got to stop using Giannis and Steph as examples here. It's March 19 and neither of them have played 40 games yet this season and both of them might not play again this year. Neither of them belong in the awards conversation.

There’s no reason to have the 65 game rule implemented past this season. Jokić, Wemby, Luka, & SGA are all within 5 games of losing All-NBA eligibility, while Steph/Giannis are already ineligible. This isn’t a “load managing issue”. Stars are legitimately getting hurt.

@RealDCunningham Bet the Bulls with the points. This is a trap game because I can just see Okoro having a career game and hit 3s all game long. Just feels like this is the type of game the Cavs will mess up.
