I’ve heard from a lot of folks who are tired of changing the clocks twice a year. That’s why I introduced legislation to keep Tennessee on standard time year round. It’s a simple, common sense change that would be better for our health and daily routines.

As a pastor in Texas, I'd like to say a couple of things about @JamesTalarico. Not about his politics. There are plenty of other people to weigh in on that. Not even about his theology or his particular emphases in the area of ethics. Again, the Internet is full of that. 1/22

@Chnge2Wrld @bartbarber @jamestalarico If there are Christians speaking out against Trump, that’s great. But they are the minority. Evangelicals as a voting demographic still overwhelmingly support him. Not saying Talarico is infallible, but the hypocrisy on display by evangelical leaders is eye opening.
