Been checking back on the pond where I released the toad. Tadpoles!

Heard screaming outside. Some kids had found a big "frog" in the middle of the road. I think it's a common toad (UK), just out of hibernation. Figuring out the safest place to release it (in a mostly built-up area). Any toad experts out there? 😥
