The United States was set up with the safeguard to keep the decision of war and peace out of the hands of one man, yet Trump violated that wisest part of the US Constitution. In these modern times, we sure could have used our Constitution to protect us because we live in a nuclear age with a WWIII looming over us. We have been robbed of our freedom and liberty to live as free people protected by our Constitution.

Surely you’re not comparing the United States to Iran when it comes to the quality of life for its people, are you?
That’s not even a serious comparison. One is a constitutional republic with protected rights and open dissent. The other is a theocracy where dissent gets you jailed, women are legally restricted, and opposition is crushed by force.
Pretending those are the same is dishonest.

Republicans have repeatedly said the SAVE Act is the most important piece of legislation they have. Yet they cannot point to a single statistic to back up that claim.
Why? Because there is no evidence of widespread voter fraud.
There is, however, mountains of data that shows that the proof of citizenship requirement of the SAVE Act would disenfranchise millions of Americans. That’s why it’s important to them. That’s what they’re doing.

This is a mess. The goalposts around what “Operation Epic Fury” is going to accomplish are moving constantly to accommodate whoever is in front of the cameras. Trump claiming that we didn’t expect Iran to retaliate doesn’t hold up. Iran warned the UN weeks earlier, and experts flagged the risk before the strikes.
You can debate whether the decision to go to war was right or wrong. But the idea that Iran’s response—or threats like closing the Strait of Hormuz—came out of nowhere just isn’t supported by the evidence. And now we’re paying for our hubris.

Then why doesn’t the SAVE America Act provide every eligible voter with a voter ID?
Why does it instead put up barriers and force illegal poll taxes upon eligible voters to prevent them from voting?
The SAVE America Act isn’t a voter ID bill — it’s a voter suppression bill.
