One of the best things about freebirthing is that all the things you hear women complaining about regarding midwives/OBs after birth is just not apart of my reality. I’m so free of torment. No one tried to give me a fundal massage or rip my placenta out, no one gaslit me about blood loss, no one held me captive in the hospital while poking and prodding my newborn for days, no one tried to take my newborn away from my supervision for these assessments, no one pushed formula, no one tried to circumcise my son, no one questions my cosleeping choices or anti-vax choices, no one is telling me to get on birth control so I don’t have anymore kids. It’s just pure peace with no one bothering me lol This is not medical advice 😂 but it’s undeniably chill to be the unquestioned, ultimate authority on everything motherhood related in my life.

Your prayers would be appreciated. So I woke up at 3:00 a.m. with a mouth full of saliva feeling like I was drowning. It seems I aspirated some fluids in the middle of the night. My phone sleep wellness record shows me coughing most of the night as well. My throat is on fire, my voice is shot. A few hours ago I started coughing up blood with my phlegm. I've seen the doctor and gotten a steroid shot. Going home with medications. I'm in pretty rough shape right now.

Remember the 12 year old girl in Scotland who was strongly criticised for holding an axe and knife and threatening a man? Well the case is being tried in the courts right now. It seems that the Bulgarian man, Ilia Belov said to the 12 year old “Come here sexy. I will show you how to have a good time”. It seems that Belov had also been hassling the girl’s 12-14 year old friends while they waited at a bus stop. When they answered back he assaulted them The incident was recorded on CCTV and clearly shows Belov attacking the girl and pushing her to the ground. The case continues. It will be interesting to see what sentence (if any) he receives. More posted in the thread in the next day or so.
