Canada just signed an MOU that basically suspends/defers the DEBT repayment by Ukraine 🇺🇦 to 2030 We were told “the money is just a loan” remember those times? Today they agreed to push out the repayment date to 2030. I doubt the money will be returned 🇨🇦 ELBOWS UP
