The Arabs, however, said no, and launched an attack. Why does this matter? Because every time someone says "Israel stole Palestinian land," remember that the offer of a two-state solution was on the table from the start. The refusal led to war, and wars have consequences. By 1948, when Israel declared independence, they were immediately attacked by five Arab nations. Not only did they survive, but Israel thrived. It’s not theft when you're given a chance for peace and turn it down. It’s the outcome of choices made. 🇮🇱
