@DataEducator Sounds to me like this may have been designed by the same people that gave us this workflow... Sign in to sign in, then sign in to ASP, then go to additional reports and re-sign in, using your sign in sign in, though this is not part of sign in, and then open your IDSR...

In summary... Sign-in to Sign-in to find the thing you want to sign-in to, then sign-in again to access the checking. Check your sign-in details are correct by signing-in to sign-in and accessing the GIAS (no sign-in required, after the initial sign-in on sign in).
