Got some thoughts down on the Hodge review - the good, the less good, and the wishful 🎄🎁

(If for no other reason than the report recommends slimming down and simplify funds while also creating a new fund for culture in schools, a new fund specifically for school trips, a new fund for individuals, and a new place-based funding programme!)

Any one of the recommendations would make ACE better, but there's absolutely no way they can do all of it

Having read and mulled on the Hodge Review a little today, there's not much to disagree with (though there is some), but my lingering impression is, when compared to the v focused review of Creative Scotland, this is a giant wishlist. A tree on which everyone got to put a star.
