Just watched that clip of Joe Rogan telling Theo Von to chill out. Everyone's reading way too much into it. Here's what I saw. Joe watching his friend spiral and saying... bro, I see your passion, but dial it back. Come hang out. Enjoy life. And honestly? It's a message every leader needs to hear. Theo wasn't wrong. Both parties. Same shit. Leaders staying silent. But you can see it consuming him. That's the trap. Here's the hard truth. You can't lead anyone if you're drowning. You can't be there for your family if politics lives rent-free in your head 24/7. You can't build anything if you're constantly spiraling over things you can't control. I run into this myself.
