Leaving everything I've ever known behind in NYC to move to SF was a hard decision But as a builder, this is the best decision I've ever made

@isabella_patane no matter how many times i add, change, add again dns records, apollo will always be yelling at me that they are missing

I did it! I added a new domain to resend so we can send and receive emails. I added all the necessary DNS records and I only cried once

@saranormous plus those ux agents have to be consistently monitored and ideally monitored from user side of the experience so firms can be very reactive to any hallucinations and changes which is really not the case right now and so many customers end up hating everything about ai ux

no customers wants a chatbot that reads from help docs, they want a resolution (an agent able to take actions on your behalf to fix the issue, using internal systems as their tools)

@SinaHartung its crazy how so many frontier firms move to ai centric customer service, like tmobile for example where you dont have any option at all except ai agent they have on their website. its also crazy how they believe that their UX is exactly the same for all the users worldwide..

chatbot is an interesting interface because the latest meta is to just let a chatbot handle everything this only works if it's a longer, complex workflow if you're replacing one click actions and buttons with a chatbot, then your user will be unhappy: now they have to type a request vs just hitting a button chatbots are great if natural language breaks down the barrier to solving a problem but they're pretty bad UX if the workflow is recurring and well defined IMO
