@linusgsebastian While I get you'll make it right, and I have confidence you will. You know you'd rip apart any of your sponsors or another tech company that had a policy of "we'll make it right" rather than a stated warranty you could point to. That's where the disconnect is for me.

I front-paged reddit today because I said that while we stand behind our products we haven't formalized a warranty policy on our web store. Overall, I'm glad my scandals are pretty tame compared to the usual influencer dumpster fires. We'll get it all sorted before shipping 🙃
