@petematheson This all sounds about right. Everything feels much harder on a treadmill, raise the incline to 1-2% and it should feel closer (effort wise) to an easy pace. FWIW, if training to heart rate - it's recommended to use a non-wrist based heart rate monitor.

Fitness Twitter. I did a Vo2 Max test which also gave me custom heart rate zones. My Zone 2 is apparently 150bpm +..... Does that sound right? Feels totally wrong to me when on a treadmill!

Ai is going to completely change human behavior If I can generate a picture of me with any celebrity, will people still ask for selfies? Why will people write blogposts only to have LLMs suck up that knowledge and give no deal flow? “Call to authenticate this wire” may become “FaceTime to authenticate this wire”. A lot of people think of AI as a “single move” but in reality humanity has a move in response and then AI can respond. For example, people may come to guard their faces, voices, what they write from learning models, making them much worse. It’s a dynamic situation and maybe there is more money to be made in non-AI startups but actually companies help people solve these problems that don’t use AI!
