Today is #WorldPatientSafetyDay and the theme is safe maternal and newborn care. To reduce the risk of sudden infant death, we collaborated with Public Health England, Unicef and Basis to produce safer sleep booklets for professionals and for parents. lullabytrust.org.uk/professionals/…
In the exhaustion of being a new parent it’s easy to doze off. If you are on a sofa with your baby and start to think you might fall asleep, make sure you move somewhere safer or put your baby down in a cot or moses basket
