@HerringAli No! I just like to have a deadline so I know when I'll be hearing back and am not just stuck in limbo. But whether that's 2 weeks or 4 weeks doesn't matter. It's a big career decision that should be given the proper time and consideration.

@reesamguerra That's an interesting question about 4 weeks being insulting to ask for after an offer. For me, it can take me a hot minute to get to & finish something with an offer, so I always appreciate the time & with a fuller list, have to have that time in order to read most of the time.
