Folks, I Recently bought a new MacBook Air with a storage capacity of 256 GB but I have been facing some issues as Mac is occupying unnecessary space and reducing capacity Is there any solution to rectify this? During Mac updates it resolved but it's occurring again

Am I right to assume that: import thing from "some-lib/thing" import stuff from "some-lib/stuff" is better for cold starts than import { thing, stuff } from "some-lib"? Because if there are 20 other unused exports the env has to load them all up, right? wdyt?

@ryanflorence anyone serious about lambda functions is running their stuff through esbuild and if the lib is structured right (marked no side effects or using PURE) the stuff will get tree shaken in both cases but yes absent of tree shaking you are correct

How do you differentiate pure validation, for example "is an email", and validation that requires state, for example "is email already registered"? Should these be conflated in a web app?
