@RoyalMail seems my package that was meant to be with be before 1pm was sent to the wrong DO and then apparently rerouted to the correct one (they are only 20mins apart) however the tracking hasn’t updated since 5am and no sign of my item? Please advise.

@anna_tims I just read your article about NHS fines for pregnant women even when the maternity services are at fault. My wife is currently going through the same issue despite having documented evidence. Plan to take fight to Gov. Wondering if you are free to chat about it?

@Jaguar so many problems with my e pace since I got it in December 21. Engine light keeps coming on, just been in the garage for 5 days, had it back less then 24hrs and engine light back on with a 4 week wait to get in the garage, not acceptable!! Finance portal doesn’t even work any more, not what you would expect from an apparently luxury vehicle. Don’t even want this car anymore as it’s spent more time in the garage than on the road in the last few months 🤯

@SalfordCouncil why do you not grit any roads ahead of snowfall? I can categorically say I have never seen Manchester road in Walkden gritted in the 4 years I’ve been here. Also no grit bins so residents can do it themselves. Our streets are an ice rink cars are literally free wheeling.

We had the seats ready and we were about to pay when we were disconnected. It’s just not good enough to be told something different by each member of staff. The flight the day before has allowed the second row to be booked but we cannot do that for our flight. It is just a joke when we are spending upwards of £3000 each.

I have done this several times - we have been told something different each time. I’ve been flying Virgin for some years and customer service used to be so good however it seems between technical issues and knowledge we are being fed conflicting stories. It is a necessity that my wife is sat with me due to health reasons which should be a reason to be allocated a roped off seat, which Tom had locked in for us. However no other representative has done this for us since we were disconnected with Tom.

@VirginAtlantic cannot sit next to my wife on any flights out of JHB because you are roping off half the seating. I have even looked to upgrade us and Tom very helpfully got us 2 premium seats together on Jan 11th but we were disconnected and now they are roped off. Now we are being told several conflicting stories. Furious when we have already spent thousands with you on this trip!!!!
