Adult human, allegedly. I have opinions, they can be changed on occasion. Who owns the truth?

@katiekat198 @HazelAppleyard There is a massive difference telling your wife you don't like something she cooked and bitching to your mates about your wife being a terrible cook.

@AllanonD99 @HazelAppleyard He needs to cook for his family. And apologise and tell his friends he was a dick. I'm sure he can figure it out. But asking the internet if he is an asshole is an ass move when he is clearly the asshole.

@HazelAppleyard Making fun of your wife/husband to your friends is a huge red flag. I don't blame her for being upset. She clearly hasn't forgiven him. That said, there needs to be a path back from this, and she's not leaving him one.

@Jane61773534728 @NicholasTyrone @AfonAur So you don't think of guilt by association if a person goes to the same rally as Tommy Robinson? Just want to know the rules we're playing by.

@NicholasTyrone @AfonAur I don’t agree with anyone shouting death to anyone, however I didn’t see anyone saying that yesterday. If it did happen, then it was wrong of those people but it doesn’t make the whole rally non peaceful and it’s unfair to label tens of thousands of people with the same brush.

I don’t think you can describe a gathering as a “peace rally” if at some point during it, people start shouting “Death to (insert someone or some group here).”

We did not attend the UK Together march yesterday because known Islamist groups, pro Iranian Regime groups & anti semites were in attendance, while it appears Jews were not permitted. We stand for women, we stand with our Iranian sisters, & we stand with our Jewish sisters.

@queenie4rmnola The god damn Romans and Egyptians had slaves. The pyramids were built 5000 years ago by slaves, long before nation states and Europe as a world force.

@DaveTweet176908 @CeeMacBee @JohnCleese No one is paying money to Ghana. They put the resolution forward as a lot of slaves came from the area that is now known as Ghana. The resolution is about justice and setting up a reparation fund for those that are descended from slaves. Don’t lie about it to justify yourself.

Daniel Hannan: 'No one asks for reparations from, say, China (which did not abolish slavery until 1910) or Ethiopia (1942) or Saudi Arabia (1962), because these countries do not encourage the shake-down artists.' 'The resolution was moved by Ghana on behalf of the African Union, which has indicated that it intends to pursue Britain and various European countries through the courts. China, Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia were among the states that backed the motion. So, shamelessly, were North Korea, Eritrea and Mauritania, the three places where slavery is most prevalent today.' Britain should slap sanctions on any country demanding slavery reparations telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/03/2…

@HeidiBachram No they are on an antifascist march. Which is essentially the same thing. But by people who think they are good and kind and also think anyone who doesn't agree with them is a bad person.

If your anti-fascist march has people holding the image of the Ayatollah who slaughtered thousands of peaceful protesters then you’re on a fascist march.

@Rosiegdn @TheGreenParty @SussexFriends They're Green Party members who are worried that IHRA definition removes their right to criticise Israel. It's an illogical position as the motion directly states that it is not Anti-Semitic to criticise Israel. But people are illogical sometimes - and then we have to debate.

I am offering that reassurance to our fellow Jewish community. We are working on bringing a policy of anti semitism to the Green Party - democracy just takes time. But we'll get there. #gpconf

When Muslims die in mass, it's "war is ugly". When Muslims resist, it's "Islamist." When Muslims are bombed, it's "security." When Muslims fight back, it's "terror." That's how Z10NIST propaganda works. It trains you to see one side as human, and the other as a nuisance.

The Green Party saw the rise of antisemitism in the UK and seized the moment. It placed itself as a party that hate Jews, hates British identity & sees our nations enemies as its friends. It is doing well in the polls because lots of Islamists will vote for it. Scary stuff.

Normally I wouldn’t criticise what feminist organisations do but in this case they appear to have dropped the idea of being a feminist organisation in favour of vacuous virtue signalling and vague statements about being against “bigotry” and “the far right” - despite that meaning marching alongside some extremely unsavoury groups including: - Islamists - Iranian regime supporters - Transgenderism advocates - homophobes and misogynists (granted that’s inherent in the above three) - antisemites And yes some very naive people who genuinely are against racism but are appallingly misinformed. I do hope *those* people have some time to reflect - rather like I did at the last pride march I attended where I thought “hmmm this is a bit… Nuremberg 👀” This “protest” wasn’t about any actual tangible threat at all. The actual “far right” in this country is weak and unsupported (thank god), because actual racism is in decline (good). What we’re seeing is people concerned about incompatible *values* and behaviours between different identity groups, and those concerns are valid. More than valid in fact. Yes some people are over generalising and some are going to be also racist but in the main people are not saying that brown skinned people are incompatible with our society, but that people who don’t share are values and want to impose theirs - are incompatible. And if organisations that claim to represent people continue to dismiss their concerns and pretend everything is “fine” and anyone objecting is a “far right bigot” then the “far right” may indeed see a resurgence in support. Marches like these aren’t grass roots opposition either. They are well funded by the (lunatic far left wing) establishment which is also making this critical error. And at this point I don’t think it’s even an “error”. I think it’s deliberate. It’s a power play to try to assert dominance and to shut people up about intolerable things happening to vulnerable people. This isn’t just marching alongside people you “disagree with”. It’s literally marching alongside your mortal enemies (and that’s not even hyperbole).

.@UKTogetherAll is an alliance of 500+ organisations, representing 15 million+ people, coming together to build unity against racism & the far-right. This means we won't agree with some here on some topics, but that we know the importance of a united front against hatred & bigotry, especially at the moment. togetheralliance.org.uk/supporters

@chanwalrus @DuncanHenry78 @Martina @gracebrod1e No it's far worse than that, they think they are good people doing good work, while being awful intolerant bastards. Because, you see, any view against theirs is what bad people think, because they are 'good' people. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.
