Neymar has more numbers than Rooney but being a top player is a different conversation. Neymar is a top player for sure but not as top as Rooney. Rooney was the main man at Man United and the best player of the Premier League for over a decade but Neymar hadn't been the best player at all the clubs he has played in Europe...
