@SlappedHam it's very possible you can use microwave heating of the upper ionosphere to create a heat dome that draws a weather front into an area or away from it. )r heat local ground water to create a heat bubble that triggers respiratory issues. and skew co2 & pollen in the air numbers.

@ancientalien25 Have you looked into it a lot? Surely it would be great to just get rain clouds over crops and things like that.

@SlappedHam Just putting this out there, but people DEFINATELY are controlling the weather. Just anything beyond cloud seeding is not so common knowledge. It's not that we can make it do WHATEVER we want, be we are able to influence it a decent amount.

@SlappedHam Hmm,interesting.Maybe there were two entities or one in the room. First the pillow moves,then something slowly pulls the chair the child is sitting on back. It didn't mean the child any harm, it seems. The child wasn't even scared,he didn't cry. Maybe he wanted to play a little?
