Whether you call it a riot, wilding, or a takeover its always the same thing. And counting on black parents is a joke

I'm calling on all adults in Chicago to speak directly to our young people because they are our collective responsibility. It's going to take a collective response from all of us to make sure they are not attending teen trends, which often turn reckless and dangerous.
