@i_am_styce Even for the part of the country that claimed being educated, the citizen do not choose rightly, but go with leaders that buy them over with just 1 Congo of rice.
I understand your concern being part of it as well, but what if it’s taken care of, what of the aspect above.

I went out to pick my brother up from the train station as he was coming to stay with me for a while cause he took a break from school.. while I was outside the terminal waiting a young guy walked up to me and he started talking in hausa, I looked at him with so much interest and responded hmm uhmm to all what he’s saying… he spoke on for about 10 minutes then I got the cue that he wanted me to say something when he stopped and was looking at me in the eye… the I looked straight into his eyes n and said Ba Hausa meaning I don’t understand Hausa he was so disappointed and couldn’t say anything back cause he couldn’t speak English… I knew he needed my help for something but his inability to communicate I couldn’t help him
Where am I going with this… the level of illiteracy in the northern Nigeria is so alarming that literally 80% of people you meet daily can’t communicate with you if you can’t speak Hausa, now how do you convince these people to not vote in someone trying to ruin the country.. they’d just go on and vote whoever their village head points to them

Most people see the finished product.
What they don’t see is the 27 browser tabs, the Overflow rabbit holes, the failed deployments after pushing to GitHub, or the bug that magically fixed itself after a restart.
Tech is just professional problem-solving with Wi-Fi.

After school, it was just about trying to make ends meet and figuring out how to survive. Bills, debts, and uncertainty were part of everyday life. Five months ago, I decided to take X seriously. I told myself I would give it everything, show up consistently, post, engage with others, support people, and stay active every single day, hoping something would eventually come from it. And I really did put my all into it. Some days I spent hours here engaging, liking, reposting, learning what works, and trying to grow my account the right way. Even when results weren’t showing, I still showed up. But this week is payout week, and I’m still not monetized. With just 2 days left, it honestly feels like all the effort, time, and energy I’ve put in still hasn’t translated into the result I was hoping for. That part is the hardest, not the work itself, but the feeling that the work still hasn’t paid off yet. I’m not giving up. Just trying to figure out what I might be missing.
