Technology should make things convenient, not complicated. If your tech is stressful to use, something ain't right. With the tech that is - not you. We think technology should fit people, and our processes, to be fit for purpose. Not the other way around.

Do you test your #systems!? Testing functionality - I (pray) that goes without saying! But are you testing how ACTUAL and DIFFERENT, HUMAN BEINGS, USE your systems? Sounds obvious - apparently it's not - #frustrating #tech, is to make life easy for people, not hard
