@sparkliin This post shows a real lack of understanding and very naive as to how the owners would deal with a stadium boycott. The very likely result would be that the season ticket holders would loose these, the club woukd then re-sell the seats to what would likely be tourists.

Chelsea fans in the UK say they can’t boycott a game at Stamford Bridge because most of them are season-ticket holders. Marseille fans also have season-ticket holders, yet they boycotted a match and left the stadium empty to protest how their club was being run. Instead, all you do is boo your own players on the pitch, shout “Roman Abramovich,” and walk around the streets asking Clearlake to leave the club like that will change anything. You bunch of clowns 🤡 🤡🤡

Reece James extending his contract is fantastic news. Chelsea now have Reece, Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo, João Pedro, Estêvão and Levi Colwill all under contract until at least 2030. The challenge in upcoming windows is to build upon this foundation.

The BlueCo 'project' is in disaary. Standards have dropped. Financial and business plans / success can be medium to long term. Football plans / success are 1 - 2 years, not over several. Progress being made - no Head Coach good enough - juries out. Squad depth - non existent

@ConnorHolden00 Rosenior needs to be very careful now. Innovation can be good, but just for the sake of it, no! 1 - is his systems poor, easily read and prevented? 2 - does he have the players to implement it successfully. If not don't do it! The Ruben Amorin stance will has only one outcome!

A lot of people wondering what Rosenior means by “new way of pressing” because as many have rightfully pointed out, it’s a 4-4-2 deeper block shifting into a more man oriented press Since Rosenior joined, the way he creates his +1 in the last line has been by making distances larger to jump, for example, while both midfielders have individual references, one will usually be significantly deeper than the other, until they are triggered to jump via their reference being activated (getting the ball) In which case, as that player jumps, others slightly retreat, increasing their distance to jump up, but decreasing their distance to help the deeper defensive unit (as the +1 in the last line for example) On the occasion for Newcastle’s goal, their deep right-sided rotation (Livramento inside and Murphy dropping deep) confused the references to jump man for man ~ Caicedo has to be more half and half so he can jump to Livramento on reception

@NizaarKinsella VAR is there for clearly obvious errors, the challenge was dangerous, a clear red card. It would of been a different story had it been a Chelsea player.

@tovers98 Agree, I thought it was unbelievable...the so called pundits craved for it's inception and now moan at every opportunity. It's not perfect admittedly but yesterday the two decisions were correct. They all want the fairytale, at the expense of the correct use and implementation.

The reaction to yesterday’s tie has been genuinely insane. I have seen pundits and fans openly admit they want VAR scrapped because it intervened correctly on two occasions and did not give them the Wrexham win they wanted. Refereeing to the narrative is the worst thing.

@Blue_Footy I am only interested in Chelsea achievement, nothing else. UCL is very important, missing it just to disadvantage another team is stupid, not logical and in my opinion not a proper fan!

I honestly don't want Arsenal to win the league as a rival fan but I don't want Chelsea to miss Champions League for that. HELL NO! The target is for us to finish as high as possible and continue to progress as a club. I'm not sacrificing sh*t. It's all about Chelsea. If we make Champions League, we can compete to win it, make close to £100m, sign better players and above all add extra Champions league experience to the young squad. There is just too much at stake to lose. I'm not having that BS talk of missing Champions League if that will stop Arsenal winning the league. The aim shouldn't be that. It's a poor mentality to have. Next season when they are above us, you will wish the same and keep holding yourself on the floor. If they are better than us and win the title, fine. Fair play. They deserve it. We should work harder to be better than them and win a lot more than them. That's the right mentality. Use their success as fuel to be better and don't shortchange yourself.

We did it 🎉 10k subs! So happy with this, was one of my goals last year and unfortunately due to whatever circumstances, was unable to put as much in as I wanted and get it over the line!
