@JasonWPee He was never one of the best centre backs in europe. He fitted ole system of sit back, counter attack football. Due to his lack of pace, he doesnt fit any other system because he doesnt read the game well enough. With england they play in a back 3 which provides him with cover.

A few months ago, Harry Maguire was one of the best CBs in Europe. Every has a drop in form, for a variety of reasons, but the hatred in the last 24 hours is embarrassing. In a very different way, Twitter is killing football just as much a player salaries & their lack of morals.
