@CoachRock73 @AHSCoachJohnson Honest question: why does the D2/FCS guy want to make the offer in the first place unless there’s some specific reason (legacy, geography, etc) to think they will have a shot?

@AHSCoachJohnson I go either way with it. If a player is getting a lot of traffic, pulling them out of class for schools that aren't going to be "a part of the equation" seems kinda dumb. On the other hand, I don't want to disrespect a coach from a lower level school.

Theoretical question. . . You have a player with multiple Power 5 offers. A D2 or FCS coach wants to meet him face to face and offer him. To do this, u have to pull him from an academic class. Do u call the player down?
