Following on from the first Discord bot to implement slash commands, we were the first ticket bot to support buttons, as of yesterday. All new panels are created with buttons, and all existing ones are currently being ported over. Take a look at how amazing they look!

If you're already a user of Tickets, simply re-authorize at invite.ticketsbot.net to allow Tickets to create slash commands in your server. You don't even need to kick and re-invite the bot!

Slash commands are here! Slash commands allow you to easily view which commands are available and their parameters. Tickets had full slash command support at launch, try them out now!

Today, we hit 15k servers. Since last time we tweeted, we have: - Launched our whitelabel service, with which you can run Tickets with a custom name, avatar, etc. - Migrated to our own encrypted ticket archive store, rather than publicly accessible transcripts hosted on Discord

Tickets has reached a new milestone of 5,000 servers! As per usual, here are some statistics: - Seen 2.3 million users - 324k tickets opened - 27 patrons helping to fund our new infrastructure - 6.5k reaction panels configured Once again, thank you for your continued support!

@BotPedlar Hi, sorry for the late reply. We were experiencing some issues in which we were being directly ratelimited by CloudFlare, however, these issues have now been resolved and mitigations have been put in place such that the same issue should never arise again in the future.
