We are aware of footage showing the arrest of a man after a disorder on Broad Street at 1.30am on 21 June. Officers found a group of men fighting. As the incident was dealt with, an officer was punched. One man was arrested and charged with assaulting a police officer.

Couple of thoughts:
1) She's going to jail.
2) If anyone is pointing a gun at you, don't approach them.
Not blaming the victim. Just recommend avoiding tragedy.

🇺🇸A 62-year-old Army veteran was killed in a North Lauderdale Walmart parking lot during an argument over a parking space. Bart Diguglielmo was shot by a woman after the pair got into a verbal dispute over a spot on Tuesday. The woman told deputies the shooting was in self-defense, while footage of the scene shows Diguglielmo was not armed and approached her with his hands up. Diguglielmo, a retired nurse and Desert Storm veteran, was pronounced dead at the hospital. The case will be reviewed by the State Attorney’s Office.

We must demand the immediate release of the bodycam footage from the recent unlawful arrest in Birmingham.
The handling of this incident is a blatant failure of duty, as the arresting officer targeted the white male as the aggressor despite the clear reality of the situation.
It is impossible that the officer did not see the two black males actively attacking him before charging in to make the arrest.
@BrumPolice are now requesting people stop sharing the footage.
The police have learned nothing from the death of Henry Nowak.

However, I’m trying to see something.
Please post a song, by a white artist, that glorifies selling drugs, a lifestyle of killing, whoring, criminality and/or bragging on sexual body parts in a vulgar manner.
Exclude anything considered Hip Hop.

@Vixen95Trish @1337m4573rpyr0 If you are advancing on someone with a drawn weapon and you get shot well thats on you. The guy was obviously acting erratic and was coming towards her. Any grown man is a threat to a woman

By following an unarmed man who was walking away from her while she had her weapon drawn, she exhibited that she was NOT in imminent fear of her life, per the Stand Your Ground law requirement.

PSA: Self-defense isn’t "I was told to leave so I stabbed him" or "he took my parking spot so I shot him."
Your life must be in actual imminent danger. Anything less is murder.
Why do so many people not understand this?

This was cold-blooded murder. All over a Walmart parking spot... She needs to spend the rest of her life in prison. Speak up ladies and gentleman. We can NOT allow this type of behavior.

@__0HOUR1_ Its all going to come down to video/audio and witness statements. Right now its anyones guess. Whats helping her is she stayed and cooperated with the police, what hurts her is he didn't have a weapon.

Not from this 15 sec clip but in the full video, he stands and argues with her while she's pointing a gun at him and then advances on her as she backs away multiple times over the course of a minute before the shot. I'm not saying "good shoot" but, the guy was clearly acting irrationally.
