It's a hard to sit back and swallow some of the rulings that occur, but going public and crashing out about it doesn't help and isn't constructive. Directing to the right resources and support tickets is. I've seen steady improvement over 24 years using the right channels. (1/x)

The "incident" you are now, for the first time, claiming was the basis of the decision did not affect the gameplay at all, yet decided the whole tournament. Section 2.1 requires a "clear explanation of any infraction and its penalty" and I was never given this as the basis at all
