If I don't have enough recovery time during the interval and pause and add recovery time and finish the workout to the end, is the completion determined, do you recognize the difference and calculate the TrainerRoad AI FTP? @TrainerRoadHelp

@rlloken good question! Some gyms have stationary bikes with power sensors and Bluetooth capabilities that you can hook up to a smartphone with the TR app. Otherwise, if you have access to a bike you could use Outside Workouts!

For those of you who use TrainerRoad, how do you handle your training plans when traveling? I will be traveling for about two weeks, and I will not have access to a smart trainer, but still want to follow my training plan. @TrainerRoadHelp

The main reason for switching from Zwift to @TrainerRoad was “I want to train while watching videos on iPad” and the second reason was “I can’t link with health care with iPad”, so I hope it will be linked to health care in the future. @TrainerRoadHelp

@livpoksoc @TrainerRoad Unfortunately, we don't have this feature, but you can run TrainerRoad alongside other entertainment/ video players if you'd like. I apologize if this is not the answer you were hoping for. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

@nhermes7 Sorry to hear about this issue you're having — this isn't normal behavior, especially on iOS. Has this happened before? You could try turning off automatic app updates on your device to see if that helps. Let me know what you find. We'll get this sorted out! :)
