Trump is refusing to allow Pam Bondi to testify to Congress. This is obviously why he fired her. He couldn’t risk having her answer questions under oath about about the photo and video evidence against him.

So, this is something that I think folks are missing: there are effective deadlines but noting firm. A rule of thumb is that the Senate needs to pass its version of CLARITY by basically July 4th for a bill to pass this Congress.
But it’s just a rule of thumb, not an iron law.

I find this rather ironic. Circle is registered in 50 states and subject to FinCEN oversight. Tether is in El Salvador with basically no regulatory supervision.

Good to see the press differentiating between unregulated platforms where these scandals keep happening and U.S.-based regulated ones, where they don’t.
