It's my attempt to project the City's FY26 Tax Dataset, and understand the implications of the Recommended 8% increase to the Tax Levy and the 2025 Reassessment Project. For clarity analysis is tax bills before exemptions. I don't feel comfortable making exemption projections.

@TwiterinMachine I could be wrong but, since the interest is unrestricted,I believe interest from ARP funds is categorized under interest investments. The $13.9M reported in FY23 is close to the $13.8M the Ipost reported on around then regarding ARP interest

The crux of the City Budget Issue is line 331003 Federal Revenue Stimulus, which is in FY 26 = $0. My pea brain has never been able to figure out why the $260M reported on the City Budget is substantially higher than reported 'Revenue Replacement' figures in the City's ARP Plan

The Proposed License & Permits Revenues of $8M seem a bit unreasonable. The City has only collected $4M so far this year, and is nearly $3M more than FY25 Parking Lot, 2nd Hand Dealer, & Market Group License and Certificates of Inspection Fee all a bit higher than past revenues
