Why can't Nwaneri just be patient like Lewis-Skelly? Nwaneri is reportedly open to another loan move because he wants consistent game time? Hmmm... maybe it's just me, but I don't really understand the rush. I get it. Every young player wants to play regularly. Every young player wants minutes. But sometimes development isn't just about playing every week. Sometimes it's about staying patient, learning, and waiting for your opportunity at the right club. Look at Myles Lewis-Skelly. There was a period where many Arsenal fans were asking questions. He wasn't playing consistently. He wasn't getting the minutes people expected. For months he had to be patient, train hard and trust the process. Fast forward to today and look where he is now. The reality is that breaking into an elite team is never straightforward. Not every academy player follows the same path. Some need loans, others need patience. But when you're already at one of the biggest clubs in Europe and the manager clearly rates you, sometimes staying put can be just as valuable as leaving. Arteta has shown repeatedly that if you're good enough and willing to wait for your chance, you'll get opportunities. Saka did it. Nketiah did it. Lewis-Skelly did it. Nwaneri is one of the most gifted talents Arsenal have produced in years. Personally, I'd rather see him fight for his place than immediately look elsewhere for guaranteed minutes. Football changes very quickly. One injury, one suspension, one loss of form from another player and suddenly the door opens. Patience is becoming a rare quality in modern football. Everybody wants the fast track. Everybody wants guarantees. But sometimes the biggest winners are the ones who stay, keep working and take their chance when it finally arrives. Lewis-Skelly is the perfect example of that. If I was Nwaneri, I'd be looking at his journey very carefully before deciding that another loan is the answer.
