Bischoff cared more about beating Vince in the ratings than he did developing talent. The reason ppl loved WCW was Goldberg, NWO and Crusierweight division. Once the NWO became watered down it lost its aura. Jericho, Eddie and Benoit left for WWF, there goes the real talent.

Bret was misbooked in WCW no doubt but the thing is, his micwork was never really good. He wasn't on the level as others in cutting promos like Hogan, Savage, Nash, Hall
