My life ain’t perfect…..far from it. I’ve made big mistakes, I’ve let people down, and done things I’ll always regret in my past. The worst was what I did to my wife three and a half years ago…..one stupid moment I’ll carry forever. It was nothing more and nothing less despite what is being said. I told her straight away. She had every right to leave me back then, but she forgave me…….and that forgiveness changed my life. Since then, we’ve built a new home, had two more beautiful children, and moved forward together. We are stronger. Family is everything to me. It’s what I do everything for. But I’ve noticed I’ve become a target. Every part of my life is being dragged out….. even my families. People around me have been offered BIG money to sell stories. And I’ve noticed I’m being portrayed as public enemy number 1. They’re trying to break me and get me cancelled. And if I’m honest, I’m not sure why. I know what it’s like to be low and down on luck. It’s the whole reason why I spread positivity online…. because I know what rock bottom feels like. I’ve been there, many times!! I’m not some full-time celeb in a bubble. I still graft, I still go to work. In fact I’ve been working this morning before I start strictly training. I’ve taken an absolute battering online and in the press, and I’ll take more. I was told it would happen: first they’ll attack my character, then my family, then my income. And it is happening first hand. Most of what’s said about me isn’t true. I’ve got thick skin and the abuse and death threats don’t bother me. In fact some lies make me laugh. But please leave my wife and kids alone. I did this to them by a silly moment of madness over 3 years ago, no one else. If you want to go for someone, go for me. In my life….I’ve lost close friends. I’ve lost family. I’ve got mates doing life in prison. And yes I’ve got an extremely chequered past… more than most. I’ve never shied away from that. I’ve made mistakes and if you dig you’ll find more. But here’s the truth: most people have made mistakes. It’s okay to own up to them, it’s okay to talk about them and people do deserve second chances. At the end of the day, it’s about getting back up, rebuilding, and looking after the ones you love. And as long as I’ve got my family, I’ll never stop fighting to be a better man. I’ve been forced into a corner to bring up something my wife and I have moved on from years ago. I feel so bad for my wife for having to do this. It’s humiliating for her. I’m sure I’m gonna be forced to talk about other moments that have happened in my life. I’m not sure why everyone is so interested in me……But if I am completely honest….. no one else’s opinions matter apart from those I care about. I Never take any criticism from anyone i wouldn’t take advice from. That’s the truth. Is it all worth it….? We keep on going. I know what is right and what is wrong. Love to you all. This week for the first time, I honestly have been feeling like deleting all my social media, walking away from the campaigns, the TV, all of it and just going back to being me. The last month has been proper hard. I’ve had journalists sitting outside my house, knocking on my sister’s door, harassing my family. False stories being written about me. And a few good ones to to be fair, but the majority bad & untrue and incorrect. Online, I’m constantly being labelled by people who don’t even know me. They keep coming for me. They keep trying to slander my name. And the truth is, it’s wearing me down. Even I find it hard. Some days I think, what’s the point? Why are they so interested in me, I don’t get it. But earlier in the week, a man stopped me and said, “My son tried to take his own life last year and then started watching your morning videos, you kept him alive. You kept him here. You helped him. I owe you one.” It has reminded me that even when I feel beaten, even when I feel like disappearing, what I do matters. It’s not about the headlines, the lies, or the labels. It’s about the people who find strength, hope, or even just one reason to smile because of something I’ve shared. If you’re struggling too, please remember: even when it feels like the world is against you, even when you feel like giving up you matter more than you’ll ever know. Yesterday I received the Humanitarian Award from @futuredreamss The award honours remarkable individuals who have dedicated their time to raising breast cancer awareness, support, and research, while demonstrating deep compassion, advocacy, innovation, and making significant contributions to improving the lives of those affected by breast cancer. I was humbled and honoured and a little bit weepy to accept it. I cannot tell you how incredible it felt to stand on that stage with a room full of people cheering me and thanking me for everything I have done since I was diagnosed myself with breast cancer There are so many people to thank and to mention, and I will do a separate reel with all the fun photos to try and remember as many as I can. I’m post-migraine and a bit hazy - huge thanks to James the security manager who found me a room to sleep it off in after throwing up in the toilets of the @thesavoylondon To Sam Jacobs, Louise and everyone ar @futuredreamss, @EsteeLauderUK , to everyone who hugged me and said Hi yesterday (and all of those who didn’t), to everyone on here who’s congratulated me - THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. @SandyofSuffolk We have a property it’s been empty for a year no electric plugged in Gas only on in winter then only when freezing our last quarter bill was £500 we have argued but getting no where scary times !!!

Just had my gas and electricity bill from Scottish Power. It's not estimated - it's done on my meter readings. For the last 3 months, it's 271.31. I've not had the heating on once. I've been away to Cornwall for 5 days and Yorkshire for 5 days. I don't put the lights on in the sitting room at night - I rely on the glow from the TV. I don't have a dishwasher or tumble dryer. I haven't got any kitchen gadgets. I only have one TV. God knows how really elderly people are going to manage this winter without their winter fuel payments.
