@XPOLEUS non-existent human support? Ordered a pole to be picked up in person in Los Angeles. status in account is “complete”. Confirmation email received says it’s preparing to be picked up by FedEx. I emailed support a couple days ago; no reply yet. 👎

@XPOLEUS no human support option? I placed an order to be picked up In LA; but email says it’s being shipped by FedEx. (I didn’t select nor pay for shipping), of course zero response from company

@ArispotleHuie @xpoleint it all depends on your space and preference! Our tension-mounted poles are compatible with textured ceilings. Just be mindful when locating your beam/joist- most studfinders won't give an accurate reading on a non-smooth surface

People are so petty. A neighbor who watches my Instagram reported the stripper pole in my apartment to building management. I was in construction (commercial, residential) on & off for 10+ years. Mgmt was impressed by the install (Thanks @XPOLEUS).
