The perception that because they are tall, broad shouldered with a little weight that they are men to be feared and as such need to be treated with aggression and disdain. Shameful thought processing

“Stop I’m a child.” PC Kevin Rawley is the police officer. We do not know what occurred before or after this clip was taken but unnecessary force was being used on a minor. The kid is handcuffed. Was it necessary to hit him with a baton? We have to call this out again and again.
