They go back home, and if there is no income there, the poverty remains. Infrastructure is important, but real transformation starts at the household level, even in remote areas. We shall plan for the transformation of West Nile, including restocking, just as we did in Karamoja, Acholi, Lango and Teso. I thank the people of West Nile for valuing peace, having seen the cost of war, and for maintaining stability while hosting refugees from DR Congo and South Sudan. I therefore call upon the people of West Nile to come out in big numbers on the 15th and vote for the NRM so that we consolidate peace and accelerate wealth creation. Awade fwor.
