After 5 amazing years as ED at CCC, I say goodbye this week & hand the reins over to the incredible Darius Kemp. I've had the opportunity to quadruple the team and budget, launch and grow new programs, pass bills, and win ballot measures. I'm so proud of our team and our work.

GA Secretary of State confirms polls will stay open to accommodate every voter in line by 7pm, even at those locations evacuated. Police & dogs are sweeping the locations. The only question is how many voters may have left because of the bomb threats.

I did ask a room of younger journalists recently if they knew the terms "blue shift" or "red mirage" and it was not commonly known as a potential counting dynamic (who knows how much it will impact the count this cycle, as tactics are changing). The counting is the key.

Important to note that the GA AG just yesterday told the GA State Election Board that these proposed rules, just passed 3-2, "are not tethered to any statute—and are, therefore, likely the precise type of impermissible legislation that agencies cannot do."
