Every month I take all dividend income from the common stock positions … plus all the option premium proceeds from writing covered calls and cash / margin secured puts from the common stock positions … usually a month out at a time … to then DCA back in to the same flywheel. I really enjoy writing one month CIFR puts at $10 and calls at $20 when trading at $15 … and IREN puts at $30 and calls at $50 when trading at $40. SLV is a bit more involved with volatility … but recently did $55 puts and $85 calls when trading at $70. Rinse … lather … and repeat regularly. All LEAP calls bought at the money … while increasing common on the rest for perpetual flywheel DCA. Said differently … monetize the near term option premiums in both directions … plus dividends … to build long term common and option leverage to the upside.
