@Allstate My parents are customers, and the adjuster who came out was very nice and informative, but the hotel situation is unacceptable. What information do you need?

@Allstate 😡 My 80yr old parents have paid premiums for 37 yrs, have burst pipe, lots of damage. Took a week to get adjuster out, saying another week to get answers, won't get them a hotel until then, even tho adjuster confirmed burst pipe. THEY HAVE NO WATER! This is 🐂💩!
