@Allstate is BY FAR the WORST Insurance I’ve had and it’s ONLY been 20days. An entire outsourced agency with no live agents that can assist you. 🤦🏾‍♀️ How are they still in business

Absolute worst service ever!! Purchased Premium Plus Wheel insurance from @Allstate Brought BENT WHEEL to Dealer (OEM) and told wheel is bent; needs to be replaced. @Allstate doing everything to get out of replacing wheel. #allstatesucks #donotinsurewithAllState

Don't buy car insurance through @Allstate They will leave you stranded on the side of the road needing a tow, because you are too poor to afford a new phone that can run the updated version of the app Then 1 hour of talking to overseas call centers later, you're still stranded

@allstate is nothing be a fraudulent company. An agent messes up and changes by current policy when I only wanted changes applied to the renewal policy. Allstate will not refund the money due to their agent's mistake.

Does anyone have @Allstate renters ins? They have filed a claim but I'm having a hard time w/them. If a covered loss makes your home uninhabitable, Renters insurance will help pay for increased living costs. Such expenses typically include food, a temporary place to live & more.
