It’s been incredible getting to join these amazing teams to help tackle the Battlefields, Battlefronts and Mirror’s Edge during the past decade, and I’m ever grateful for the memories and the wonderful people there!

After 13 years I’m stepping out of the DICE offices for the final time and head off for some new challenges. (more on that later)

Cocoon is a neat little game, full of good properly compartmentalized puzzles that evolves in complexity at just the right pace.
Also full of small mind blowing moments, e.g. when I ended up inside the green orb, while still holding the green orb 🤯

We put this one out in 9 months, and the workload was extreme. We knew the game was rough, but I was proud of what the team achieved.
The thing though with these projects is that you learn a lot more than successful projects.

Too often I got careless for a second, slipped on some ice, got knocked unconscious and had an enemy with dynamite in their ears impale themselves on the unicorn hat I was wearing for some reason, causing us both to explode 🤔

Tweetbot’s not working. Does that mean I have to use the twitter app? But it’s just showing ads and all tweets in random order, and doesn’t save where I am? *shudders*
