Can't even count how many monetized channels we have right now.

Ok, I really should gatekeep this, but f*ck it.
Here's what me, my mentees, and my community members (001) have been doing to monetize 3 channels a day after the Inauthentic Content hit.
After investigating 1000+ channels in January, I figured out the perfect channel structure...

february is DONE. $40,000.
six months ago i was doing almost every single management role myself. thumbnails, editing, assigning, reviewing. grinding to scrape $10k a month.
now i have 70 editors. 15 full time employees. team leaders running ideation, QC, niche research, full channel setup. systems that run without me.
the momentum is not slowing down. it is accelerating.
march is the month i've been building towards. $100k.
my plan is simple: more channels, bigger channels, better systems. keep delegating. stay locked in. dominate every niche i touch.
i'm 18 and i'm just getting started. i don't want to just hit a number. i want to build something that can't be stopped.
I'M ALL IN this month. every day, every channel launch, every decision pointed at one thing.
$100,000 in march or i leave everything on the table trying.

hit over $22k rev for first 15 days of feb. the momentum is building. the bigger picture: i'm removing myself from operations. several team leaders in training. they're learning ideation, QC, niche research and full setup. goal is teams run completely without me. 50 editors now (was a massive bottleneck 2-3 weeks ago) with systems in place to prevent quality from dropping at large scale. launched 16 channels this month and testing one sub niche which can have multiple channels running with only 1 team member (not ai stories/stock footage). my time is 75% research and SOPs now. exactly where i think it should be. the only things that need me: payment system. once that is sorted the biz will be able to run without me indefinitely. $100,000 MONTH IN MARCH

Your new channel can outperform your old channel, thats why you should keep on testing new channels.
I was stuck for a very long time at $20k/month until I started testing more channels.
Guess what
New channel i tested did in its first month $20k next month $50k and even hit $60k the month after.
Thinking you should focus on one channel and making it grow is not the way.
Don’t waste your time
It could be uncomfortable to test many new channels but hey that how you grow.
So start doing your research and make a plan for your next 5 new channels.
If you already have a successful channel, see if you can create a similar one.
Run your business, not your hobby.

Ive used different testing methods and let me break them down:
1. New gmail - new channel
Gets traction very fast (within 7 videos) and will get traction after monetization.
Issue: phone numbers
2. Aged gmail - new channel
Can get traction but takes bit longer
3. Aged channel on own IP
Gets traction also fast but can die out pretty fast after it again and never comes back
4. Aged gmail + aged channel on proxy + anti
This method is supposed to be the best by everyone on X, yet it’s gaining very slow traction and doesn’t blow up the same way it normally does on ur own IP
5. Team members / friends
Same as the 1st one but they need to send you/manager daily reports to oversee performance.
Im not saying this will be for everyone, this comes just from my experience. When I test something I do it big, not just 3 or 5 channels, more likely 15-20 channels.
I know my topics are strong enough to go viral and i know exactly when a method is shit and when it’s not.

Started 2025 making $0 from YouTube. Ended with $200k. $100k in Q4 alone.
At 18. I doubled my original goal and had tens of millions of views.
Learned more this year than probably all 18 before it combined.
But I'm nowhere near where I want to be.

I believe hiring a developer is smarter than an editor for YouTube automation in 2026 Most YouTube videos can be boiled down to templated video editing + AI image / video / voice generation + minimal VA input The new meta will be: 1. Find winning format 2. Systemize it using code + AI + VA Data Entry 3. Expand into new niches Example: The 5 levels format is a winning format You can automate it with code + ai + human input You do not need someone to edit it, because each video stays the same, it's just the data and images that change Once you systemize + optimize it using code you can expand the format into infinite niches Most people struggle to scale YouTube because they can't put out 1. enough content 2. for an affordable cost With this approach you solve both problems
